Processing Time
Most orders take 3-7 days to process. Some orders may take up to two weeks. Those items with longer processing times will be noted in the description. If we cannot process your order within the expected time we will contact you directly.
Shipping
We charge a flat rate of $4 for first class mail. (Domestic shipping only)
We use USPS for most orders. Packages will be sent First Class mail which takes 2-5 business days (domestic). If you would like to expedite shipping, We can send orders via priority mail for an additional charge. Priority takes 1-3 business days.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days starting the day you received your order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase Was received, we can’t offer you a refund or credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, unworn and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable products
– Custom products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email us with your Name, order number, item you would like to return and rests on for request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs both ways are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund If we provided you with a return label. We suggest adding tracking and insurance to packages. We cannot refund or credit a return if we do not receive the item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot process an exchange but will refund your order and process a new order for the same item if possible and in stock.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
